Contact Us
Tell us what you are trying to improve. You will get a straight answer from someone who has looked at your site — usually within a working day.
Send us a message
Tell us your website and what you want to improve. There is no form maze and no sales sequence afterwards.
What happens next
1. We read your message properly — a person, not an autoresponder.
2. We take a quick look at your site before replying, so the first response is useful rather than a request for more information.
3. You get an honest answer within one working day, including when we think we are not the right fit.
Prefer email?
Write to us directly at infoserphigh@gmail.com and we will pick it up the same way.
Typical response time: within one working day, Sunday to Thursday.
Not sure what to ask for?
Most enquiries fall into one of these three. Mention the one that sounds closest and we will take it from there.

A free site review
You want a second opinion. We look at your site and send back the three issues we would fix first, at no cost.

A one-off audit
You have a specific problem — a traffic drop, a migration, a site that will not index — and you need it diagnosed properly.

Ongoing SEO
You want a partner working to a roadmap each month, with reporting you can take to your board.
Common Questions
How much does SEO cost?
It depends on the size of your site and how competitive your market is, so any figure quoted before we have looked would be invented. After a short conversation and a look at your site we give you a fixed monthly figure or a project price, with the scope written down.
How long before we see results?
Technical fixes can show within weeks. Content and authority work generally takes three to six months to move competitive terms, and longer in crowded markets. Anyone promising faster is either lucky or taking risks with your site.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. We work month to month after an initial three-month period, which is the minimum honest timeframe for the work to show anything at all.
Will you work with our existing developers?
Yes, and it usually works better that way. We can hand over prioritised specifications for your team to implement, or do the implementation ourselves if you prefer.
What if our site is brand new?
That is the easiest time to get it right. Building the structure, technical foundations and content plan correctly from the start is considerably cheaper than correcting them later.
